Choice Jacksonville Realty - Was established in 1992 through a combining of two realty companies, Blue Ribbon and Choice. Choice is the only independently owned real estate company in Jacksonville with three sites. We have an office on Gum Branch Road, an office on Lejeune Boulevard and a booth in the Jacksonville Mall. Our company charges only 4.9% sales commission to sell your home, which means more money in your pocket. We pay realtors from other companies who find a buyer for your home 2.4%. We charge NO fees up front nor are there any additional processing fees. We can charge less because we do not have franchise fees to pay to any national organization. If we don't sell your home then you owe NOTHING. Since implementing our 4.9% strategy, we have leapt in to the top four of real estate companies in Onslow County and have started the year off at twice our previous year's numbers. Our marketing strategies have paid off, and are evidenced by our market share and rapid expansion. Our new location on Lejeune Blvd. is off to a booming start and has increased our number of walk-in buyer contacts tremendously. We also have a mortgage loan officer at both our office locations to qualify you for your mortgage on the spot. With so few years under our belt, CHOICE Realty only need stand the test of time, and prove to sellers and buyers that we do indeed get the job done, at a lower cost.
